Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft effective paid search strategies and ensure campaign performance aligns with our business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Write engaging ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency.
Run A/B tests, fine-tuning ad creatives, targeting, and keywords to enhance results.
Analyze campaign data regularly, providing reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay current on the latest features, trends, and best practices in Google Ads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on SEM and PPC.
Google Ads certification (Google Qualified Advertiser is a plus).
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads tools.
Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Shopping, Google Display Network, and YouTube Ads.
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as social media or email marketing.
Knowledge of conversion tracking and data analysis tools.
