Position Overview
The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting our brand and products in Las Vegas and the surrounding area. The role includes engaging with dispensaries, supporting marketing campaigns, and representing the brand at local events. You will also travel within Nevada to help expand our brand presence and build stronger relationships with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for our company at dispensaries, events, and other marketing activities.
Retail Engagement: Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and management, provide product knowledge, and distribute promotional materials to increase brand visibility.
Event Support: Assist with in-store demos, pop-up events, and other promotional activities to drive engagement and raise awareness for the brand.
Market Insights: Collect and relay feedback from customers and retail partners to enhance marketing efforts and improve strategies.
Merchandising: Ensure marketing materials, displays, and products are well-organized and correctly displayed at retail locations.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to Nevada cannabis laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, with a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
Interest in the cannabis industry and a willingness to learn about products, trends, and regulations.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event support is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with cannabis products and Nevada’s cannabis regulations is helpful but can be learned on the job.
