As an Event Promotions Assistant on our retail and sales team, you will support our retail sales efforts by assisting with organizing promotional events. You will work closely with other Event Promotions Assistants to deliver an engaging retail experience to our customers, driving sales, and building lasting relationships. What you’ll do as the Event Promotions Assistant:
Assist other Event Promotions Assistants in planning and executing retail events, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers during promotional events, build brand awareness, and create a positive retail experience
Gather customer feedback during promotional events to help improve future retail promotional and sales strategies
Track event success by keeping a record of sales transactions and customer interactions
Deliver excellent customer service during retail and promotional events, ensuring customers’ needs are met and offering tailored solutions to problems or concerns
What we look for in the Event Promotions Assistant:
Prior experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work in the evenings and on weekends as needed
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual

Pay: $3,000.00 – $3,900.00 per month
