We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage client interactions, assist with studio operations, and enhance our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, excels at customer service, and loves engaging with a wellness-focused community.

Front Desk & Customer Service:
Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide top-tier service
Assist with client check-ins, class bookings, and membership sales
Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a professional, engaging manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
Studio Operations & Administration:
Manage scheduling software for class sign-ups, cancellations, and waitlists (training provided)
Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail sales
Track attendance and follow up with clients to support engagement
Social Media & Community Building:
Assist with studio marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
Create & schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Capture in-studio moments to share online and build brand awareness
Interact with the online community, respond to comments, and help grow engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service experience (Front desk, hospitality, or sales) Social media savvy – comfortable creating content and engaging with followers Strong communication skills – friendly, professional, and outgoing Tech-savvy – able to quickly learn scheduling/payment software (training provided) Passion for health & fitness – Pilates experience is a plus but not required Reliable & team-oriented – ability to commit to scheduled shifts and assist when needed
Schedule Options (Flexible Shifts Available):
Morning
Day
Evening
Weekend
*Candidates must be available for at least three shifts per week. Shifts vary from 4hrs – 7hrs.*
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Minimum of two professional references required
Social media experience (personal or professional)
Background check may be required before employment offer
