Royal Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for content creation, video production, and social media management. This role is essential to enhancing our brand’s online presence and engaging our audience through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop engaging written content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging internally and externally
Video Production:
Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for promotional purposes, social media, and internal communications
Manage video projects from conceptualization to completion
Social Media Management:
Create and manage content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and grow our social media presence
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with team on all aspects of marketing campaigns
Supports internal and external conferences & trade show planning and execution
Manage and ensure collateral templates (presentations, brochures, brand guide) are updated and current
5-10% travel to client sites, training, industry events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Experience with graphic and editing tools (Canva, Runway, MidJourney)
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
