Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Task Optimization – Implement and oversee AI tools (e.g., OpenAI’s Operator, CRM automations, AI-assisted reporting) to improve efficiency.
Project & Task Management – Help structure and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively offer solutions, using AI where applicable.
Research & Analysis – Use AI tools to analyze industry trends, compile reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Administrative Support – Manage schedules, emails, and documentation, ensuring seamless communication.
Operations Coordination – Work with the team to track project progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
AI Training & Process Automation – Assist in training AI systems to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance workflows.
Requirements:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
