Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in flyer design, social media marketing, and insurance industry marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Create eye-catching flyers for promotional campaigns
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
Develop both print and digital media interview opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials tailored to the insurance industry
Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
Maintain programming updates on CRM database Insuredmine
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Professional; experience in the insurance industry a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Proficiency in flyer design software
Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices
Knowledge of the insurance industry and marketing trends a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
