Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant – No Remote
A’BriTin seeks a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects. As a vital design team member, you will gain hands-on experience working on various creative assignments that align with our brand and vision.
In this role, you will create engaging and on-brand graphics across multiple media formats. Your responsibilities will include defining design requirements, visualizing concepts, and producing graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative marketing tools for our catering companies and exclusive venues while managing, building, and maintaining our 30+ websites.
In addition to graphic design responsibilities, this role will also involve a variety of administrative and support tasks, such as assisting with printing, organizing materials, compiling reports or documents, conducting research, and handling various organizational duties. Additionally, the role will include attending and helping to organize marketing needs for networking events and expos, ensuring that all promotional materials and logistics are well-prepared to support the team’s objectives.
Essential Functions:
Design Creation: Develop visual content, including digital graphics, social media posts, print materials, and presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs meet project goals and brand guidelines.
Idea Generation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
Revisions: Edit and revise designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
File Management: Maintain organized files and ensure deliverables are submitted in the correct formats on time.
Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to improve your skills continuously.
Administration: Printing, organizing, research, reporting, and all other support efforts needed within the department.
Qualifications
Education:
Degree/diploma program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred (ideal role for entry level recent graduates)
Skills:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of design tools and platforms including CorelDraw, Sketch, Figma, Canva, or Procreate preferred.
Proficiency with social media management, including posting, engagement, and analytics.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to effectively take direction and adapt to feedback.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing your design work is required. (Academic projects, personal work, and internships are all acceptable.)

Schedule: Part time flexibility though MUST be available every Monday.
Pay: $20-24/hr DOQ (non-negotiable)
