We currently have an immediate opening for a Content Marketing Specialist at our Frisco, TX location. This is an in-house full-time opportunity.

Gifts Are Blue is one of the top eCommerce stores launched by Legacy Retailers Inc. We are a small family business that owns and operates several eCommerce stores since 2015. As our product line is continually growing, we are now seeking to increase our digital footprint and reach potential customers using social media channels, email marketing, videos and more.
QUALIFICATIONS?
At least 2 Years Social Media Management for corporations
At least 2 Years Content Creation Experience for corporations
At least 1 year using Email Marketing software & apps
Some College or Degree Preferred in Marketing, Communications, English
US Work Authorizations
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Content Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for three main tasks:
SEO Blog Editor
Craft creative content to encourage participation and increase traffic to company’s website and eCommerce stores
Create 1-2 Blog posts a week with emphasis on SEO and keyword targeting, while creating original, fun, and entertaining content
Masterful at proofreading each blog post to make sure there are no misspellings, missing logos, etc.
Social Media Communications & Management
Create a social marketing and promotional calendar for each quarter
Write & schedule daily social media posts, stories and updates across all platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X(Twitter), Pinterest & TikTok
Provide branding guidance and recommendations so that brand remains consistent across all channels
Secure social influencer relationships and partnerships that are aligned with our brands
Create mini videos, graphics and videos that will help increase our subscribers, followers and likes
Organize all company images and assets into a database or file system for easy access
Optimize and run social media ads, giveaways, contest and more
Moderate all user generated content
Email Marketing & After Purchase Customer Management
Create and implement email marketing strategy to reach site visitors and customers
Must provide exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adjust written tone and voice to match each individual customer
Connect with customers to obtain reviews, testimonials, photos and more after purchase
In addition, you will work with management to assist with the creation of display ads, landing pages, website banners, press releases and more as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Must live within 20 minutes of Frisco, TX (Preston Rd between Main and Eldorado)
Adept in English writing
Able to work 40 hours per week in-person
Strong understanding of best practices in SEO writing, social media trends and ROI
Experience with email marketing apps such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privy, etc.
Experience with growing businesses social media channels with followers and engagement
Familiarity with Shopify is a Plus
Adobe Creative Suite experience a Plus
Experience in Retail, Fashion, Weddings, Jewelry industries a plus
Proven performance in building followers and interactions on top social media platforms
Must be authorized to work in the US
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting Annual Salary: $31,200 – $41,600 (Performance/Pay Scale Review in 6 months)
Quarterly Bonuses: An additional $4K-$12k annually, paid out quarterly, based on performance & set goals
PTO: 2 Weeks + Holidays
