We are a dynamic and forward-thinking Web Design, Development, and Digital Marketing agency looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, an understanding of web design and development, and a drive to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact leads and convert them into prospects through proactive outreach.
Conduct sales calls and Zoom meetings with potential clients.
Understand the needs and challenges of our clients to propose suitable web design/development solutions.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and industry trends to provide relevant insights to our clients.
Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission bonuses on top of your hourly rate.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the tech or digital marketing industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in making cold calls and conducting video meetings.
Excellent listening skills to understand and articulate customer needs.
Knowledge of web design/development is a plus.
Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
