The Job
You will be joining the SCAN team focused on digital marketing to support Marketing and Direct to Consumer Sales initiatives. This full-time position will plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns with the agency, coordinate deliverables, and analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, working in conjunction with the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Direct to Consumer Sales workstream. The successful candidate should be a proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with strong digital media understanding and execution skills, capable of driving results that enhance both marketing visibility and direct-to-consumer sales outcomes.
You Will
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Marketing and Direct to Consumer Sales objectives to drive full funnel performance.
Manage the Direct-to-Consumer Sales workstream, ensuring digital marketing efforts effectively support sales conversion goals.
Collaborate with agency partners to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display, Online Video and CTV.
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and continuous refinement of targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compile detailed performance reports from agency partners that highlight ROI, conversion metrics, and other relevant KPIs for stakeholders into a shared repository.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative approaches that drive marketing and sales results.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing or comparable experience
Experience with strategic planning is preferred
Should have an understanding of digital campaign performance, attribution, and optimizations
Should have expertise in improving conversion funnel
Experience with SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Video Ads, Social Media Ads, and Connected TV is required
Agency background is preferred
Google AdWords, Analytics and Google Data Studio experience preferred
Social Media Experience with some of the following platforms: Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, NextDoor and Bluesky is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with website analytics and reporting as it relates to digital marketing
Ability to work and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills
