Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies at Library LA. This role is pivotal in creating and driving many key components to the buinsess. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee all marketing efforts, including digital marketing campaigns and social media presence.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product offerings and promotional strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
Hire a team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to develop marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as shopify and lightspeed is a plus.
