Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback; engage with followers to build community.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
Utilize Google Analytics and other research tools to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and graphic design.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with web design is a plus.
Excellent proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in conducting research to inform content strategies and audience targeting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
