Duties
Handle inbound customer inquiries
Conduct meetings for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolutions
Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
