Position Overview:

We are seeking adynamicandresults-drivenDigital Marketing Strategist tojoin our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drivebrand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales of our fitness products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home fitness equipment market, consumer behavior, digital marketing channels, anddata-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to position our fitness equipment brands as leaders in the market.

Identify key target audiences and create tailored marketing plans that address their needs and preferences.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging digital assets.

Ensure all strategies align with industry best practices and brand guidelines.

Campaign Development & Awareness:

Strengthen brand and product presence through effective storytelling and content creation across various platforms (digital, print, social media).

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, fitness professionals, and key partners to enhance brand credibility.

Create campaigns that resonate with fitness enthusiasts, fitness-curious prospects and health-conscious individuals.

Campaign Management:

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote new product launches, special offers, and seasonal promotions.

Optimize campaigns and provide feedback to external partners across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display ads) to maximize ROI.

Conduct and implement regular A/B testing.

Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to ensure goals are met.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce:

Drive online traffic to the company’s e-commerce site through targeted digital advertising and SEO strategies.

Leverage CRM/ESP tools with marketing strategies to create personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Manage customer segmentation, lead scoring, and automation workflows to improve engagement, customer lifetime value and conversion rates.

Market Research & Data Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Partnerships & Promotions:

Develop and manage partnerships with online influencers and complimentary brands to expand brand reach and drive sales.

Coordinate promotions, discounts, and sponsorship opportunities at fitness events, expos, and competitions.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product positioning aligns with customer expectations and market demand.

Collaborate with creative teams on creative briefs that highlight compelling messaging that showcases product benefits, features, and unique selling points.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness equipment or health &wellnessindustry.
