At Madison & Company Properties, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Greenwood Village. Key Responsibilities

– Property Marketing: Develop listing brochures, single property websites, flyers, HTML/electronic flyers, social media graphics, and videos for property marketing and luxury listings.

– Website Management: Build and manage websites using funnel capabilities to optimize user experience and lead generation.

– Content Creation: Design and produce fun and informative weekly newsletters, guides, and books for our realtors.

– Collaboration: Work closely with agents and vendors to prepare, correct, and modify artwork, ensuring print-ready files for production and presentations.

– Creative Advisory: Provide creative guidance to agents, adhering to corporate design standards and recommending effective design strategies to meet client needs.

– Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all creative deliverables, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

– Digital Marketing: Design and distribute digital email flyers through marketing automation platforms, maintaining brand consistency and voice.

– Brand Management: Uphold brand integrity across all marketing materials, platforms, and collateral.

– Technology Integration: Utilize various technology tools such as CRM systems, e-blast newsletters, social media planners, social graphics, AI tools, Zapier, and form builders.

– Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Develop and implement lead generation strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns.

– KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

– Research and Planning: Participate in internal team meetings, conduct research on marketing and branding topics, and assist in planning marketing strategies.

– Agent Support & Training Train and support real estate agents in using marketing tools and strategies effectively.

– Communication: Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and execution of tasks.

– Content Creation: Assist with copywriting and content curation for marketing materials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

– Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC) to create visually appealing marketing materials.

– Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

– Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with various technology tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new ones.

– Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

– Collaboration: Strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

– Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Design Aesthetics: Strong sense of clean, modern design, white space/margins, and typography.

– Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace software and Canva.

– Video Editing: Experience with video editing is highly desirable.

– Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

– Attitude: Positive attitude and a love for great design.

– Portfolio: Applicants must submit a portfolio to be considered for this role.

Working Hours

– Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
