Role:
Prints, sorts, cuts and distributes physical and electronic marketing materials. Responds to supply requests. Assists Graphics and Marketing Specialists with graphic design projects.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
30% – ONLINE CALENDARS – Posts digital materials to district web calendar, appropriate regional online calendars, and social media calendars. (Essential)
30% – PRINTING SORTING and CUTTING – Prints, sorts and cuts marketing materials such as newsletters, story time schedules, flyers. (Essential)
20% – GRAPHIC DESIGN – Assists Graphics and Marketing Specialists in designing, updating, and creating branch program marketing materials. (Essential)
15% – DISTRIBUTION – Distributes marketing materials via inter-office mail by responding to work order requests, placing items in appropriate courier bin/s. (Essential)
5% – OTHER DUTIES – Other duties as assigned in order to assist with the smooth operations of the department. (Non-Essential)
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Associates Degree
Experience:
1 year of similar or related experience
Familiarity with Facebook (required)
Skill in Adobe Creative Suit (preferred)
Or any combination of education and experience which provides the success factors.
