Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Implement territory management strategies to optimize coverage and reach potential customers effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and drive strategic decisions.
Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with territory management practices to ensure optimal coverage of assigned areas.
Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
