Responsibilities:
Manage marketing efforts in Kitsap County, including selling of franchise services to meet or exceed sales goals.
Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers.
Conduct repetitive contact to build relationships and educate the customer on why SERVPRO® is the best cleaning, restoration and rebuild company
Engage in community events, trade associations and other networking opportunities.
Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
Five + years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
Effective oral and written communication
Experience in building relationships and networking capabilities
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Previous experience in restoration, construction or insurance is beneficial

This is a salary non-exempt role allowing you to receive a base salary in addition to potential monthly commissions!
All offers of employment are contingent on a background check and state level drug screen. This position requires an insurable driving record and is a salary non-exempt role.
