Marketing & Touring Admin – Comedy Works Entertainment
Comedy Works Entertainment is seeking a Marketing & Touring Admin to help bring top-tier comedy events to life. This full-time role is based in our Denver, CO headquarters, where you’ll work directly with our Marketing & Touring Manager and the Director of Comedy Works Entertainment.

Responsibilities:
Execute marketing campaigns for comedy shows, including designing/editing artwork, building social media posts and ads, assisting with email marketing, and coordinating TV, radio, and print buys.
Assist with day-of logistics, hospitality, and financial settlements for comedy concerts across Colorado.
Work with external partners and clients to assist in contracting corporate comedy shows, coordinating itineraries, payments, and travel.
Arrange tour logistics, social media, merchandise, and press for actively touring comedians.
Maintain internal calendars and show documents.
Track corporate show details and client communication from booking through post-show follow-up.
Manage and update company and comedian websites.
Assist with day-of-show logistics both on-site and off-site.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience navigating social media platforms such Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc. to schedule posts, run ads, build campaigns, etc.
Photoshop skills required; video editing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience booking and coordinating travel and logistics.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Creative marketing experience.

Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour DOE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
