Key Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent brand representation across all online channels.
Oversee the product listing process, ensuring that all consumer goods items are accurately described, priced, and visually appealing on the website.
Work with the content team to create engaging product descriptions and optimize product pages for search engines.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Identify recurring customer concerns and feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Proactively research and recommend new online sales channels, partnerships, or platforms that can enhance the company’s online presence and sales performance in the consumer goods sector.
Responsible for training and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they adhere to best practices in online retail management and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with a strong academic background in digital technologies and online retail strategies will be at an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online retail management is essential.
