By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources—cable, broadcast, and digital media—our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns. Right now we are looking for an exceptional Media Assistant to join our Broadcast Buying Team. This is an entry level position for a candidate looking to explore the advertising landscape.

Media schedule data management

Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representatives
Request and review post-logs from media vendors
Gather ad rates, send schedules to media outlets
Confirm media schedules
Update weekly media spend/delivery trackers
Work across internal teams to ensure best results for Cadent and clients
Manage traffic needs
Clerical
– 20%
Check invoices and resolve media billing discrepancies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong communication, presentation
Must be an analytical thinker with proficient math and research skills
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Pay Range
USD $50,000.00 – USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
