Yourproven track recordwith Google Ads, Meta, and emerging social platforms demonstratesyour abilityto drive both ecommerce revenue and lead generation ‘ve got the numbers to back it up: from optimizing product campaigns for ROAS to crafting high-converting lead generation campaigns that consistently deliver quality prospects. While you may not be a dedicated creative professional, you have a sharp eye for what makes ads perform – and you can roll up your sleeves to rewrite and optimize compelling headlines when needed.

You excel at building comprehensive media plans and proactively develop testing and a/b strategies to push performance further. When you spot a campaign underperforming, you don’t sugar-coat it – you come prepared with data-backed solutions and a clear path forward. Your analytical expertise shows inyour abilityto craft clear, insightful reports that connect advertising performance to real business impact.

Can identify effective ad creative and optimize campaign messaging

Knows Google ads (youtube, search, display), Meta, analytics platforms. Bonus if you are familiar with programmatic.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive lead generation and ecommerce performance across multiple platforms, optimizing for sales, ROAS, and revenue growth

Build out digital media plans for clients, including performance metrics

Execute lead generation campaigns to drive end goals: conversions (calls, form fills, appointments), ecommerce revenue, lead generation

Identify and champion testing opportunities to push performance boundaries

Lead digital knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives across the marketing team

Analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and optimize media spend

Develop integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels

Supportcross-functional teamswith data-driven insights and recommendations
