Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role oversees content strategy, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, websites, and multi-channel digital campaigns to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, and SEO.
Optimize content across digital platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
Oversee digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Identify and leverage new digital trends, technologies, and platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
Design and oversee a content marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with marketing team, location managers and employees to develop engaging multimedia content.
Write, shoot and edit content for social media platforms.
Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts.
Regularly audit website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
Implement strategies to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Manage the company’s Google My Business listings and online reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and enhance ROI.
Monitor and refine marketing strategies based on A/B testing and performance analytics
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation and audience segmentation.
Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, and data insights.
Integrate CRM tools to track customer interactions and improve campaign targeting.
Manage ad budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and optimized for performance.
Test and refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
Monitor competitors’ digital marketing strategies to uncover new opportunities.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in SEO, paid media, and content strategy.
Proven experience managing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
Ability to analyze technical problems, determine root causes and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives.
Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, making clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Knowledge of programs such as: Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, SEM Rush, Hootsuite, Google My Business, Google Apps, Google Analytics, Monday.com, and Zoom and other web conferencing software.
