We are seeking a talented and creative Media Production Specialist to
join ourdynamicteam
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire media production from initial concept development to final edits. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong
collaborative
skills, and a deep understanding of
visual storytelling
to create compelling content that aligns with our clients’ brand messages and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Conceptualization Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop
innovative
storyboards that align with clients’ brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into the
creative process
.
Photo and Video Production Capture high-quality photos and videos for various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring the highest standards of lighting, sound, and visual composition during shoots.
Direct talent and collaborate with the team to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
Editing and Post-production
Edit photos and videos to enhance quality, add visual effects, and create a polished final product.
Optimize media files for specific platform requirements, ensuring compatibility and high-quality display across all channels.
Ensure all content reflects the clients’ branding and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in media production, Film,
Visual Arts
, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in photo and video production within a marketing or agency environment.
Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
