Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in architectural and/or tenant improvement projects
Preparation and oversight of construction drawings for General contractors and permit agencies
Experience in managing project teams and or engineering consultants
Software Proficiency: Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required.
AutoCAD skills and LEED certification is also a plus
Business Development and Marketing skills also a plus
