We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead the rollout of multi-location retail experiential marketing campaigns. This role will be instrumental in coordinating and executing in-store and pop-up marketing initiatives that engage customers, drive brand awareness, and create memorable experiences across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-location retail experiential marketing campaigns. Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across all locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, operations, sales, and logistics) and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of each experiential campaign. Coordinate with store managers and location teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all campaigns stay within financial parameters while maximizing ROI. Track spending and report on budget performance regularly.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and partners for event execution, ensuring high-quality and on-brand activations. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to meet project requirements.
Campaign Implementation: Oversee the setup, implementation, and breakdown of experiential marketing events at various retail locations. Ensure all logistics, such as transportation, staffing, and material delivery, are handled efficiently.
Brand & Experience Consistency: Ensure each activation reflects the brand’s vision, goals, and tone. Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing activation. Collect feedback, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Proactively address any issues or obstacles during the campaign rollout and ensure that problems are resolved quickly. Mitigate risks to ensure the smooth execution of each event.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on experiential marketing or retail operations.
Strong understanding of retail environments, customer engagement strategies, and experiential marketing principles.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Ability to travel to multiple locations as required for event oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multi-location campaigns or large-scale events.
Knowledge of experiential marketing trends and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
