Membership, Sales, and Marketing Director
Millennium Family Fitness (MFF) is seeking a Membership, Sales, and Marketing Director to lead brand management, content development, and sales growth initiatives. This role will oversee strategic planning, campaign execution, and member services while ensuring high-quality customer experiences for members, staff, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member services, including responding to inquiries via phone and in person.
Maintain accurate membership records and process status changes.
Manage front desk and childcare operations, including customer service, transactions, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in coordination with the General Manager.
Oversee facility staffing and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency within budget.
Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and enhance customer service standards.
Develop and implement an annual strategic plan focusing on marketing, sales, programming, and financial objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors for marketing support, including content development, digital marketing, PR, and advertising.
Lead the development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely distribution.
Analyze and refine marketing strategies to align with sales and branding goals.
Coordinate and manage digital content, including blog posts, newsletters, infographics, and social media.
Oversee social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute trade show participation and special events.
Maintain the marketing calendar, track project budgets, and prepare marketing reports.
Conduct market research and analyze competitive pricing trends.
Ensure all marketing and sales messages align with brand identity and strategic goals.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a multi-amenity facility (preferred).
Strong strategic planning, sales, and membership marketing skills.
Experience in employee supervision, training, and financial management.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Personal training certifications or industry-related credentials are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
