The role:The position will report directly to the Regional Merchandising Manager – Momase, and will be responsible for creating innovative displays, practice FIFO, strategic placement of POSM, ensure proper and correct ranging of CCEP products and provide relevant support to Trade Marketing Representative when necessary.
Our desired candidate:A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
Grade 12 education / certificate in Sales or Customer Service
Grade 10 with merchandising or relevant experiences.
Experience in Sales & Marketing.
Prior experience in Customer Service will be well regarded.
Current Driver’s License (desirable).
Able to communicate well in both English & Tok Pisin.
Prioritizing and achieving set work in timely manner.
Able to work in a team and respond effectively to other stakeholders when required.
Able to listen and follow instructions.
