We are looking for a Product Sales Liaison to join our team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Product Development and Data Sales team to ensure that all information for new items is entered and distributed on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work as a liaison between Product Development and Data Sales to ensure product sheets for new items are updated and ready to distribute to the Sales team.
· Build product sheets for all categories including rugs, lightings, furniture etc.
· Work with copywriters to create descriptive product titles and feature details. Ensure they have all the necessary information about the product, target audience and brand voice.
· Review and revise copy drafts. Ensure the final copy meets our company’s standards.
· Check if specifications such as dimension, weight, color are entered correctly and make changes as needed
· Communicate with factories to obtain missing information such as sample images of items
· Upload silhouette images to internal ERP system
· Work with Graphic team to ensure final product images are ready to share with Sales team
Qualifications
· Working knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Excel (Vlookup)
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Must be able to demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and ability to deliver deadlines
· Team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have an eye for color matching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
