Job Overview:
As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns to meet our clients’ objectives. You will also be responsible for audience research, competitor research, data analysis and create daily, weekly and monthly reports and share it with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns with the goal of driving quality leads for our clients.
Conduct thorough audience research and develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and custom/lookalike audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Perform A/B testing on ads to identify high-performing creatives and optimize campaigns for better results.
Stay
up-to-date
with Facebook algorithm updates, ad policies, and best practices to ensure campaigns are compliant and effective.
Collaborate with the content, creative and development teams to optimize ad copies, creatives and landing pages.
Create and present detailed performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, with a track record of successful ad campaigns.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and other related tools.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Experience with
A/B testing, ad budgeting, and bid management.
Strong
attention to detail
and
analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment
.
Knowledge of other paid media platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Linked In, etc.) is a plus.
