What You’ll Do:
· Create Engaging Visual Content: Develop captivating multimedia content, including videos, email campaigns, graphics, collateral and renderings.
· Manage Custom Art Orders: Collaborate with our sales reps, production teams, and our customers to ensure customer-provided art is print-ready.
Write Email and SEO-Friendly Content That Converts: Generate content for email marketing campaigns, website content, social media, and review responses.

Professional Competencies Required:
· Collaborate with external partners and internal departments at Acoustical Solutions to ensure alignment of marketing goals and activities
· Communicate with customers and internal sales and production teams for all custom art product orders
· Review files to ensure customer-provided art is print-ready and refine or receive/review revised files as needed
· Support new product launch efforts
· Develop and update product data sheets, installation guides, and other marketing materials ensuring content is both accurate and in alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives
· Create and update product and environment renderings
· Collaborate on video and photography projects
· Generate messaging and visual assets for outbound email marketing and execute campaigns in marketing automation platform
· Write and review SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, marketing emails, and other channels
· Monitor and respond to online reviews
· Maintain product documentation, visual asset, and video library
· Aid in the development of department presentations
· A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
· 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
· Experience with Adobe Substance 3D, Blender, Google SketchUp, or similar modeling software
· Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
· Strong attention to detail
Professional Competencies Preferred
· Familiarity with email marketing tools, SEO best practices, and e-commerce platforms
· Experience using AI tools for marketing material development, such as generating content, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing visual assets

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
