Position Overview:
We are seeking adynamicand experiencedNative Sales Solutions Specialistto join the Yahoo Native Sales Strategy team. This role focuses on enhancing and drivingsales successin key areas includingData and Audiences,3rd Party Measurement,Sales Programs, andSales Enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience insights, and native sales, coupled with the ability to implementinnovativestrategies to empower the sales team and deliver measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Data and Audiences:

Leverage Yahoo’s proprietary data and audience insights to create compelling narratives for advertisers.

Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to define, refine, and optimize audience strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends to recommendinnovativeaudience segmentation and targeting opportunities.

3rd Party Measurement:

Collaborate with measurement partners to deliver actionable insights on campaign performance.

Advocate for the use of trusted 3rd-party measurement solutions to validate campaign outcomes.

Educate internal teams and clients on the benefits of measurement tools and their integration into advertising solutions.

Sales Programs:

Design and implement scalable sales programs to enhance team efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Partner withcross-functional teams, including Yahoo Ads and Yahoo DSP sales teams to align sales programs with overall business objectives.

Monitor program performance and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.

Sales Enablement:

Develop and deliver training sessions, tools, and resources to empower the sales team with Yahoo’s native advertising offerings.

Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to streamlinecommunicationand operational efficiency.

Maintain a deep understanding of Yahoo’s native ad products to assist in crafting tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

5+ years of experience in sales strategy & operations in highly cross-functional environments within AdTech.

Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools including Salesforce.

Proficiency in 3rd-party measurement tools such as Moat, IAS, or Nielsen.

Strong knowledge of audience data platforms and programmatic advertising ecosystems.

Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends, challenges, and industry best practices.

Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong analytical andproblem-solvingabilities, with the capability to leverage data to drivestrategic decision-making.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in afast-paced,dynamic environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively acrosscross-functional teams.
