Job Description:
Craft and execute tailored marketing strategies for new media channels to support BYD’s growth goals.
Guide and assist local dealers in the effective execution of these strategies to maximize brand visibility.
Oversee and manage the brand’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content.
Develop creative content themes for social media to align with market needs and dealership activities.
Collect, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing targeted insights and training to improve results.
Design and execute impactful showroom activities that enhance customer engagement and support brand strategies.
Train new dealers and staff in showroom event planning, live streaming, and social media best practices.
Analyze showroom and social media data to optimize activities and improve performance based on dealer feedback.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
At least have 5 years of experience in digital agency and social media marketing, digital content creation, or live streaming management.
Proven experience in market strategy development and local implementation.
Proficient in organizing and managing live streaming events, ensuring smooth operations and audience engagement.
Strong knowledge of social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
Solid data analysis skills to interpret social media and showroom activity performance and adjust strategies.
Experience in event planning, especially for marketing or promotional activities.
Familiarity with new media tools and platforms, including social media analytics and content management tools.
