JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest relations as it involves interacting with guests during the deployment of special events and promotions.
Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor, and selection of prize-winners.
Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising, and other promotional tools.
Working as event staff to set up events, administer contesting, issue prizing, and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
Coordination of property activation events with player’s club personnel and or any promotional agencies.
Uploading and managing photo galleries for contest winners, and communicating relevant information to the company’s digital agency for social media.
Setup and deploy CMS promotions accurately and in a timely manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to effectively communicate with management and guests.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Knowledge in deploying customer contests.
Positive attitude.
Strong Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
Ability to work with others and recommend solutions.
Dedicated, energetic, and positive personality.
Working knowledge of special events and entertainment.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
A broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to drive station vehicles
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be an outgoing individual who is able to interact with all types of people.
Flexible work schedule required – Monday through Friday office hours are needed as well as weekday events and many nights and weekend events.
1-3 years part-time or full-time promotions experience preferred.
Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office software
A college degree is preferred, but not required.
