We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager-Strategic Partners to develop and execute marketing strategies in Americas and Australia/New Zealand, drive partnership development efforts and foster strong relationships with partners.

Job Overview:

The Sr. Marketing Manager-Strategic Partners will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth through partnership marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2C marketing through partnership or B2B channels, a proven track record of successful partnerships, and experience managing end-to-end marketing strategies to engage new and existing business customers. Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, print, etc. will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Development:

Work with existing partners, AARP and The National Audubon Society to plan annual activities and to execute on the plan.
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with other businesses, including industry influencers, vendors, resellers, and other potential collaborators.
Lead negotiations and agreements with new and existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term value creation.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations to maximize partnership success.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and recommend optimizations to improve performance and drive results.

Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis:

Oversee the development and execution of Partnership marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.
Develop and manage budgets for Strategic Partners marketing initiatives ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to create and manage campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Report on the performance of campaigns, analyzing key metrics like ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lead conversion rates.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships based on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer affinities.
Provide insights on market opportunities, trends, and challenges, using data to inform the company’s marketing approach and strategy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork:

Work closely with sales, Creative studio, product, and global experience teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and creative execution.
Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Act as the marketing lead for key partnerships, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and on-brand.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or business development, preferably in travel, hospitality or cruise.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies, with measurable results.
Strong understanding of the sales funnel, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Experience in managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements, and driving collaborative campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of the US and Canadian markets, potential experience with international partnerships or global marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the travel/hospitality/cruise segment and understanding of market-specific challenges and opportunities.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Competitive salary and benefits package. Salary range based on experience for this position is $100-$120K USD/CAD annually.
