We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategies and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall brand presence in the online marketplace.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
Manage and optimize online product listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and appealing visuals.
Utilize Google Ads and social media marketing to drive traffic to the website and increase brand visibility.
Analyze website performance metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives.
Oversee marketing automation efforts to nurture leads and engage customers through personalized communication.
Manage content management systems (CMS) for website updates, promotions, and product launches.
Create compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance product presentations and marketing materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and analytics tools.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
