Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced work environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage information in weekly internal newsletter
Submit monthly reports to vendors
Submit Co-op to vendors
Literature Ordering and Site Maintenance
Customer “Program” Support
Event Coordination & Support
Reporting for Promo’s & Spiffs
Apparel Ordering for employees & customers
Dealer Signups – Online
Online Training Systems Administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
Web Development skills is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus

Compensation Range: $78,000 – $105,000
