Join our team! We are looking for a candidate that shows a high level of ownership for the business and is a self-starter, with a good base of product knowledge, a dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor, Retail Sales Merchandiser.
Your responsibilities would be:
Ensuring in all assigned accounts that products appear properly represented, in the correct quantities, and executed according to pre-stablished standards. This involves working closely with retailers, distributor(s) and client’s Key Account Manager teams to accurately identify sales and display execution opportunities, plan stock levels and monitor product freshness in the trade. While always looking to find relevant sponsorship opportunities and selling price / promotional features or additional shelf / display space.
Requirements:
Grocery/Retail Merchandising: 1 year (Required)
Grocery Retail Sales: 1 year (Required)
Marketing experience: 1 year (Required)
21+ years
Outgoing and Engaging
Articulate and Goal Oriented
Must be able to complete paperwork & online training.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High School Diploma
Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Smartphone
