Team Overview
You will be part of the Digital Commerce team, driving omnichannel growth by:
Regional Digital Business Strategy & Execution
Increasing omnichannel contribution from stores and regions
Collaborating with City Digital & Marketing Leads (CDMLs) and regional leaders
Developing and managing omnichannel initiatives such as:
Click & Collect (Order Online, Pick Up In-Store)
Fast Delivery Programs
Online Order Returns In-Store
Quick Commerce & Outstore Partnerships
Google My Business Optimization
Stock Planning & Affiliate Marketing
In-Store Digital Initiatives (Digital Kiosks, Mobile POS, In-Store Communications)
Omnichannel Marketing to boost sales
Customer Experience (NPS) for omnichannel transactions
Performance Tracking via Omnichannel Dashboards
Role Summary
As an Assistant Omni Channel Leader, you will play a key role in:
Planning omnichannel strategies with leadership
Leading and mentoring City Digital & Marketing Leads (CDMLs) and store teams
Traveling to regional stores to drive omnichannel adoption and best practices
Monitoring progress, conducting training, and optimizing performance
Analyzing challenges in store operations and implementing solutions
Ensuring smooth execution of daily business operations
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
6-8 years of relevant experience in omnichannel retail, e-commerce, or D2C
Proven expertise in category management, digital commerce, or retail operations
Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision-making, market research)
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
Willingness to travel as per business needs
