Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Develop and manage marketing support programs for dealer stores that achieve sales targets.
Coordinate KOL (Key Opinion Leader) visits to successful stores that achieved sales target
Plan and execute digital strategy to promote partner stores.
Event Coordination
Organize and manage in-store workshops, competitions, and events to drive traffic and engagement.
Coordinate with store managers to ensure successful execution of events and marketing activities.
Marketing Support:
Provide marketing support and resources to dealer stores, including promotional materials, social media content, and advertising strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns tailored to store needs.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and events.
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer stores and key stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for stores needing marketing assistance and support.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing department
Proven experience in marketing, KOL management event coordination, or a related role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with external partners.
