A Day in the Life As an Online Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our online brand presence, shaping the digital journey of our discerning customers. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be a key member of a
diverse
and high-performing team, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to elevate our brands in the
exciting
world of online retail.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing the e-commerce strategy, focusing on maximizing online and multichannel revenue growth. This includes setting the framework, strategy, and staging calendar for campaigns, pricing, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning,
cross-selling
, and off-platform media (within the allocated budget). You will also develop and optimize a media traffic strategy to drive traffic from off-platform sources, as well as a lower-funnel media strategy to boost sales.
In addition, you will develop a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience and drive sales through segmentation, targeting, email marketing
optimization
, and data analysis. Finally, you will leverage data insights to improve product/brand performance, enhance
customer loyalty
and repurchase rates, and provide regular reporting and analysis to the team and management. E-commerce Strategy:
Implement and optimize the e-commerce strategy to maximize online and multichannel revenue growth. Online Brand Management:
Build and maintain a strong online brand image through compelling content, strategic layout, and engaging promotions. Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive media traffic strategy to drive traffic from off-platform sources and optimize lower-funnel media campaigns to increase sales. CRM & Data Analysis:
Develop and implement a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience, drive sales, and improve
customer loyalty
. Analyze data to gain insights and improve product/brand performance. Reporting & Analysis:
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on performance, including sell-out tracking, data analysis, and recommendations for next steps.
Key Responsibilities
Build overall E-store brand image: content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story Implement the e-commerce strategy: focus on increasing online and multichannel revenues by establishing the online selling strategy for a defined client/customer. Champion the Online Brand strategy including:
Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (LF media budget) Develop a clear media traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform Develop an optimized lower funnel media strategy to increase sales Develop a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience and drive sales.
