The Online Marketing team is the driving force for generating revenue and fuelling growth at SOUNDBOKS. We do this by coming up with, and executing, strategies that balance between generating- and capturing demand. We focus on building brand awareness to reach new audiences, encouraging engagement to drive demand, and fine-tuning campaigns to turn curiosity into action. All of this is done while also supporting cross-channel efforts, ensuring strong alignment with retail initiatives, and working together to maximise opportunities across markets.

As the Online Marketing Director at SOUNDBOKS, you’ll lead and oversee all online marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on creating harmonised strategies across all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for executing and bringing those strategies to life together with the Online Marketing team.

Strategic Online Marketing Management

Form, implement, and refine the online marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth targets.

Shape and manage the online marketing budget and spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI across channels.

Regularly assess campaign results and optimise based on the data to drive efficiency.

Online Channel Responsibility

Own the hands-on execution of:

Paid Search – Develop and manage ad strategies for platforms like Google Ads and Bing.

Amazon Advertising – Manage Amazon ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads, to boost sales and visibility.

Affiliate Marketing – Manage the affiliate program to expand reach and drive revenue.

Guide the team of specialists, providing strategic input on:

Paid Social – Oversee strategy for paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.

Organic Social – Oversee content strategy and publishing for organic channels.

Email – Oversee strategy for email marketing campaigns to maximise performance and conversions.

Data-Driven Analysis and Performance Tracking

Use analytics tools (eg. Mixpanel) to track all online marketing efforts.

Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time insights into KPIs across channels.
