Seeking a highlyorganized, customer-facing, and data-drivenOnmi Channel Marketing Managerto lead therollout of products and services to distribution and eCommerce channel partnerswhile managing theP&L for eCommerce channels. This role is responsible for ensuring thatGAF content is fully optimized across partner digital channels, managing projects related to product and services launches, and driving adoption throughtraining, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Service Rollout:

Leadproduct and service launchesacrossdistributor and eCommerce channels, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.

Developgo-to-market strategiesthat align withpartner requirements, market trends, and financial targets.

Ensure product content, messaging, andmerchandisingare effectively deployed across partner platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.

P&L Ownership & eCommerce Growth:

Own and manage the P&L for eCommerce channels, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

Analyzesales performance, pricing strategies, and promotional investmentsto drive growth.

Optimizeprofit marginsby managing product mix, pricing strategies, and operational costs.

Collaborate with finance andleadershipto develop annual revenue forecasts and budget allocations.

Project & Vendor Management:

Oversee projects related tochannel expansion, contentoptimization, and new service implementations.

Work closely withvendors, agencies, and internal teamsto execute deliverables on time and within scope.

Managetimelines, workflows, and resourcesto ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Content & DigitalOptimization:

Ensure allGAF product content (descriptions, images, enhanced content, videos, etc.)is fully optimized across distributor and eCommerce platforms.

Monitor and improve content effectiveness throughperformance analysis, A/B testing, and SEO best practices.

Training & Partner Enablement:

Conducttraining sessions for distributor staff and eCommerce partnersonnew programs, product positioning, and digital tools.

Developtraining materials and resourcesto enhance partner knowledge and engagement.

Present keyproduct and service updatestointernal stakeholders and external partners.

Performance Analysis &Continuous Improvement:

Assesschannel performanceusingAmazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Connect, and distributor dashboards.

Tracksales, margins, and marketing ROI, adjusting tactics based on performance data to maximize partner success.

Conductcompetitive analysisto refine strategies and maintain GAF’s marketleadership.

The ideal candidate is bothanalytical and strategic, with strongproject management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a keen focus onexecution, results, and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of channel marketing, product rollout, or distribution marketing experience, preferably inbuilding materials, home improvement, or CPG sectors.

Strongproject management skills, with experience managingcross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships.

Experience working withdistributors, eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and sales teams.

Analytical mindset, with expertise inperformance tracking, reporting tools, and digital analytics.

Goodcommunication and presentation skills, with experiencetraining and enabling distributor partners.
