Position Purpose:
Plans, directs, communicates and coordinates corporate marketing programs enhancing company value proposition. Supports tasks within the Marketing Department with an emphasis on project management and event coordination support. Solves practical problems and deliver solutions that contribute to the ability of the business to grow. Deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Assists in prioritizing projects and programs based on contribution to immediate yet sustainable revenue enhancements. Interacts with marketing team, management, vendors and other associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company
This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and is located at our Corporate office in Westlake, TX.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Assists with developing and executing short and long range marketing plans and programs to ensure the profit growth and adding value to stakeholder relationships
Collaborate and support the events team on corporate and large-scale regional events with planning and logistical needs
Assists with establishing marketing goals to support organizational strategic plans and visions.
Reviews market analysis to determine business and market opportunities for key stakeholders and ensure supportive organizational growth and development
Prepares marketing and marketing activity reports
Coordinates the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including, but not limited to: print, electronic, and direct mail.
Qualification:
Associates in Marketing or related field.
3 Years marketing or field marketing experience
Expert in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
