The Video KYC Intern will conduct Video KYC (VKYC) calls to verify customer identities and documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in VKYC or KYC-related processes, preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or banks. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must for effectively interacting with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Video Call Verification: Attend Video KYC calls to verify customer identities and match their details with the submitted documents. Ensure a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.
Document Verification: Validate customer documents, such as PAN, Aadhaar, and other KYC-required materials. Confirm the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted documentation.
Customer Support: Assist customers by guiding them through the Video KYC process. Address queries or concerns related to document submission or technical issues.
Data Entry & Security: Accurately update customer details in the system and maintain proper records. Safeguard customer data and ensure confidentiality at all stages.
