Role Description
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITEThis is a full time on-site role for a Operations & Social Media Coordinator at Oncology Aesthetics & Wellness in Los Angeles, CA.
Manage scheduling and appointments for client consultations and fittings.
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Follow up with clients via email to provide additional information, confirmations, and ongoing support.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Maintain organized client files in Google Drive, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee timekeeping through On The Clock software and assist with employee attendance tracking.
Monitor and manage inventory for wigs, hair extensions, and other products
Ensure adherence to company policies, such as maintaining client confidentiality and prohibiting personal information sharing.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing posts, stories, and videos.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms.
Foster a positive and supportive online community.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Use insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Manage brick-and-mortar inventory, including stock levels, sales, and upkeep of the physical space.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations coordination, social media management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and take initiative in various roles.
