We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to assist in the management of multiple shopping centers. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and effective collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations:Assist in overseeing the daily operations of multiple shopping centers managed by TMG.
Collaboration:Work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.
Process Optimization:Monitor and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency and improve tenant satisfaction.
Budget Management:Aid in budget planning and control of operational expenses.
Vendor Coordination:Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
Inspections:Conduct regular inspections to identify operational issues and implement necessary corrective actions.
Health and Safety Compliance:Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Tenant Relations:Support tenant relations by promptly addressing and resolving operational issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
