We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations & Support Specialist.
About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to provide essential support across our transaction coordination, marketing, team support, and general operations. This is a hybrid, part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time. While experience in real estate or related fields is a plus, it is not required. We value a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude above all else. Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination: Assist with the administrative aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and other parties involved. (Training provided)
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, email marketing, content creation, and event planning. (Training provided)
Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing files, and running errands.
Operations Support: Help ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
“Go-To” Person: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring things run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn1 quickly and adapt to new situations.
Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design programs is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $19 per hour.
