Our U.S. headquarters is located in Houston, TX, and we are launching a new Los Angeles office soon. We are seeking energetic and driven sales professionals to help grow this exciting new chapter with us.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a strong understanding of prospecting and building customer relationships. You are not only skilled in sales but also capable of inspiring and supporting a team to succeed.
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about sales and highly goal-oriented
Has experience in the U.S. market (B2B and/or B2C, retail)
Is strong in business development, negotiation, and communication
Is self-driven, resourceful, and eager to take on new challenges
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top-tier sales talent
Mentor team members to help them achieve individual and team goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leadership or mentorship roles is a plus
Compensation & Benefits (Two Options Available):
Option 1: Full-Time Position
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
Base salary plus performance-based commission
Full benefits package including medical insurance, 401K, meal allowance, and transportation support
Option 2: High Commission Freelance Model
No base salary, commission-based only – unlimited earning potential
Flexible schedule and remote work available – ideal for experienced sales professionals with an existing network
Top-performing candidates may be considered for H-1B sponsorship.
As one of the initial members of our U.S. team, you will have the opportunity to grow into core management positions as the company expands.
